Standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping within Canada when you spend $100 or more and a flat fee of $9.75 for orders less than $100.
Express shipping
We offer express shipping within Canada at a cost of $20.
Shipping outside of Canada and the US
We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery times
Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order has been shipped you may refer to the estimated delivery times below for standard shipping times.
Note: We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or Quebec provincial holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.

How do i change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed but has not yet shipped, you can get in touch with us using our contact form in order to make changes or adjustments to your order. However, once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes or alterations to your order.
What do i do if the order i received is wrong/damaged?
